How to set up reporting filters (e.g. Pupil Premium or SEN)
As well as reporting MarvellousMe usage by pupil, class, year group or teacher, you can set up additional reporting filters so you can view/evidence how you have engaged parents of cohorts such as Pupil Premium or SEN.
These filters can be applied to any MarvellousMe report.
Go to Group Management.
Select the Filters tab.
Select Add Filter.
Type the filter name (e.g. Pupil Premium or SEN).
Select Year (can choose ‘Mixed’ if appropriate).
Select Create.
Select Add Pupils and follow the on-screen instructions.
Important - If copying and pasting from a csv list, ensure the pupils’ forenames and surnames are listed in the first column, and their UPNs in the second column.
