If you're having trouble signing up to the MarvellousMe Parent system, please run through the following:
Checks for the join code/child's name screen:
Carefully check you are entering the join code and child's name exactly as they show on the invite given to you by the school (or sent to you via email if you have been invited to join by an existing MarvellousMe Parent).
Check that you are entering the correct characters/numbers in the join code (e.g. 0s (zeros) and Os, 1s (ones) and Is, 5s (fives) and Ss are commonly misread).
Check that you are only entering one space between the child's forename and surname.
If the child's name includes an apostrophe, please speak to the school office for assistance.
If you still cannot proceed from this screen, please speak to the school office to verify the details you are using. They can also check that the child's name is correctly spelt and does not have any hidden spaces in the school's MarvellousMe account.
Checks for the parent details screen:
If you see the below error message once you have entered your email address, it means that your email address has already been registered for a MarvellousMe Parent account.
Please return to the main screen on the Parent app/system and select LogIn.
You can then enter your email address and password to access your existing Parent account.
If you do not know your password, select Forgot? to be emailed a password reset link.
